We are looking for an attentive and well-organized specialist who will become a reliable support for the Information Support team and help ensure a high level of service for our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and operational support of Information Support Consultants
- Calculation and verification of subscription costs
- Entering, updating, and maintaining data in the CRM system
- Monitoring the status of requests from partners and users
- Tracking subscription expiration dates and renewals
- Processing incoming requests from clients and partners via email and phone
Requirements for candidates
- Higher or secondary specialized education
- Experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage
- Confident PC skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with large volumes of information
- Business correspondence skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- English language skills will be an advantage
