We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant who will become a reliable support for the finance team and ensure accurate, timely, and transparent accounting processes within the company.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and processing of primary accounting documents for the LLC (invoices, income and expense documents, tax invoices).
- Banking operations: posting bank statements in 1C, preparing and submitting payments via Client-Bank.
- Management of document flow and archiving of accounting documentation.
- Payroll tax calculation and control of timely tax payments.
- Execution of other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.
- Full payroll and personnel accounting, including:
- Hiring, transfer, and dismissal of employees;
- Maintenance of personnel files and preparation of HR orders;
- Updating staffing schedules;
- Tracking working hours (timesheets);
- Managing vacation schedules;
- Accounting for sick leave and business trips;
- Calculation of average salary.
Requirements for candidates
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Confident work with primary accounting documentation.
- Experience with 1C, VchasnoEDI, and Client-Bank systems.
- High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
